TE - 46 - Lagos Based QA Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through manual and automated testing, reporting defects, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes

• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is an advantage

• Familiarity with API testing (e.g., Postman, Swagger)

• Experience with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

• Must be based in Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases

• Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications

• Identify, track, and document bugs using standard tools

• Work closely with the engineering team to resolve issues

• Participate in regression, performance, and integration testing

• Ensure products meet quality, usability, and reliability standards
