TE - 38 - Frontend Developer with Shopify Experience

A skilled Frontend Developer with a strong background in Shopify, specifically Theme 2.0 and Liquid. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing and highly functional e-commerce websites. Experience with building Shopify apps is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Shopify themes using Shopify's Theme 2.0 framework and Liquid templating language.

• Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are mobile-friendly and provide a seamless user experience across all devices.

• Collaborate with the design team to translate mockups and wireframes into high-quality, functional themes.

• Optimize website performance for speed and scalability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the front end of the website.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Shopify development.

• Work closely with the backend team to integrate third-party services and APIs.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.

1. Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with a focus on Shopify.

2. Strong proficiency in Shopify’s Theme 2.0 framework and Liquid templating language.

3. Excellent HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.

4. Strong understanding of responsive design principles.

5. Attention to detail and a keen eye for design.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
