TE - 17 - Fullstack Frontend Developer (React/Next.js/Flutter)

Are you a developer who thrives at the intersection of mobile and web? We're looking for a Fullstack Frontend Developer with strong experience in Flutter for mobile and React/Next.js for the web—someone who can craft seamless user experiences across platforms with consistency and performance in mind

In this cross-functional role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining applications that span mobile and web. You'll work with Flutter for cross-platform mobile development, and React/Next.js for responsive, SEO-friendly web experiences. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team that values clean code, intuitive interfaces, and shipping quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile apps using Flutter

• Build and optimize modern web apps using React and Next.js

• Ensure consistency in design and functionality across mobile and web platforms

• Work with designers and backend engineers to integrate APIs and implement new features

• Maintain code quality through testing, peer reviews, and best practices

• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-platform reliability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with React and Next.js

• 3+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart

• Strong understanding of cross-platform architecture and state management (e.g. Provider, Bloc, Redux)

• Familiarity with REST APIs and backend integration

• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and agile workflows

• Passion for user-centered design and clean, maintainable code

Bonus Points

• Experience with deploying Flutter apps to the App Store and Google Play

• Familiarity with SSR, SSG, and Next.js API routes

• Knowledge of animations and transitions in Flutter and web

• Contributions to open source or tech communities
