TE - 13 - RPA Developer (Based in Pretoria, SA)

We are seeking an RPA Developer to design, build, and deploy automation solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, develop automation workflows, and optimize operations using Automation Anywhere or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client processes and identify automation opportunities.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions following best practices.

• Configure automation components, including process flows and exception handling.

• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure seamless deployment.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful RPA implementation.

• Provide training and support for automation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Information Systems.

• 2–4 years of experience in Treasury or related fields.

• Certification in RPA (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.

• Driver’s license required; travel may be necessary.
