Profile description: Mendix Developer (Remote)
Developer profile: We are looking for an experienced Mendix Developer to join our clients' team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces and robust back-end systems.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in Mendix and low-code development.
Job requirements
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the Mendix platform.
- Mendix certification is highly desirable; otherwise, relevant work experience is required.
- Proficient in creating and managing Mendix applications, including complex workflows and integrations.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database management.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Java experience is a significant plus.
