Job description
Developer profile: We are seeking bilingual German / English speaking Service Agents to provide user support and technical troubleshooting across a range of IT tools and systems. The role involves assisting end users with hardware, software, and mobile device issues, maintaining accurate ticket documentation, and working closely with onsite IT teams to deliver reliable support and continuous service improvement.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical and troubleshooting support for computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and related tech tools.
Document end-user issues accurately in the ITSM tool.
Follow established processes, knowledge documents, and support best practices.
Manage ticket backlog and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Contribute to continuous service improvement through knowledge scripts, training material updates, and process improvements.
Collaborate closely with onsite IT technicians across different locations.
Support operations outside standard business hours and on weekends when required.
Job requirements
Fluent in both German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
Previous experience in service desk, technical support, or customer support roles.
Good technical understanding of common hardware, software, and mobile device issues.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Able to work independently, follow direction, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a supportive and professional attitude.
